What Is Intuitive Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is ancient. It is not new & improved, it is not a miracle. Hypnosis is a time tested and honored technique to impart positive suggestions to the subconscious mind.  The state of hypnosis is a natural daily occurring event. Hypnosis is the last stage our mind-body passes through before we enter the sleep state.  Hypnosis is also referred to as trance and hyper-suggestibility.  Hypnotherapy combines cognitive counseling with the expression of positive ideas to the subconscious mind. Our patterns of behavior are stored in our sub-conscious mind.  Through hypnosis there is a pure connection to our belief system which contains our attributes and habits.  This is the opportunity to reorient them to a positive desired outcome, for example being cigarette free or nutritionally conscious.    
 
Intuitive healing or Energy healing varies greatly between practitioners.  For me it means connecting a persons description of discomfort to the origin.  For example, a young woman I worked with consistently complained of heart palpitations and frequent nauseating headaches.  MRI’s, CatScans and a barrage of medical diagnostics, including invasive procedures had discovered nothing.  I intuited that her past breakups with romantic partners had not been resolved, which she admitted to, weeping.  It was her breakthrough that allowed her to heal the emotional and mental state, resulting in exceptional physical health within one month.
